(BRI) specializes in comprehensive solutions that include core health and welfare benefits, voluntary insurance, and flexible compensation programs — all supported by clear communication tools and automated enrollment services that empower employees to make informed decisions.
For over 33 years, BRI has been a trusted leader in employee benefits, known for delivering exceptional service and innovative, cost-effective plan designs. In 1985, BRI began providing employee benefit consulting services, claims processing for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Transit/Parking. In 2004, BRI added Cobra/HIPAA administrative services to our offerings. In 2014 web-based administration applications were added to meet their client’s needs.
At BRI, we design, negotiate, implement, and manage high-value benefit plans that balance competitiveness with affordability for both employers and employees. By integrating closely with your Finance and Human Resources teams, we deliver added value through expanded services — all within the same budget you’re already investing today.
What Sets Us Apart
Technology and superior customer service differentiates us from our competition. We designed our system to enable the rapid transfer of information and funds by eliminating much of the paperwork. Administration has been made easy with the BRI system because we have designed our program around a common theme: reduce the burden on the Human Resources Professional.
Management Team
The management team at Benefit Resources, Inc. includes two Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) with a combined experience of over 60 years. All of the team members worked in Public Accounting, gaining experience in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance before deciding to specialize in the Employee Benefit Industry.
Daniel E. Fairchild, CPA
Over 42 years experience in operations management, finance tax, employee benefit consulting, and administration. Alumnus of Golden Gate University — B.S. in Accounting, M.B.A. in Taxation.
Jeremy D. Fairchild, CPA
Over 23 years experience in corporate & individual taxation, field audit administration, auditing in defined benefits & contribution plans, and reporting in manufacturing, retail.
Natalie Burgess
Over 23 years experience in healthcare human resources, benefits, accounting, payroll, and 401(k) benefits & administration.
